One chatbot contains a specific knowledge base and can answer
any question related to that knowledge base.
Chatbot messages are counted on a per-message basis. This
means that each time a website visitor receives a message from
the chatbot, it counts as one message. The same is true for
live chat agents - each time they send a message to a visitor,
it counts as one message towards the monthly total. We
calculate the total number of messages exchanged by both
chatbots and live chat agents separately during the month to
determine if you've exceeded your plan's message limit for
either of them.
If you have just one live chat agent, the total agent messages
are the number of messages the agent sends during the month.
If you have multiple agents, the total agent messages are
shared among all the agents.
A message credit is counted as one message transferred between
the Chatbot/Agent to the website visitor and vice versa.
No, the message credits quota is set for the month, and the
same cannot be carried forward to the next month, even if it's
unutilized for that month.
Message credits quota is set for the month irrespective of the
billing cycle.
If you exceed your plan's chatbot or agent message credits
limit, you will be charged an additional fee for each message
over the limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan or purchase
add-ons for more resources.
Yes, you can purchase add-ons just for chatbot message credits
or live chat agent message credits. You also have add-ons for
additional live chat agents.

requirements, and we can set the limits accordingly.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If
you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the prorated
difference between your current and new plans. If you
downgrade your plan, the changes will take effect at the
beginning of your next billing cycle.
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. However, please
note that we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of
your plan.
No, there is no setup fee for any of our plans. You will only
be charged for the monthly or annual cost of your plan.
The knowledge base size per chatbot is measured by the total
number of characters uploaded to your knowledge base. This
includes all articles, documents, and answers added to your
knowledge base.

You don't have to provide payment information when signing up
for our free plan. However, payment information will be
required if you choose to upgrade, which you can do at any
